Our Perth workshop dissected every single frame of Aliens—from Vasquez’s firefight to Hicks’ duct-tape reload—then rebuilt the legend layer-by-layer. The result feels like armour-piercing destiny: a cold-metal shoulder weld, weighty mag well, and grip geometry that screams “USCM issue.” Crate-fresh, it lifts straight into photo duty or con patrol with zero tinkering—no weathering kit, no loose parts, just pure cinema made tangible.

• Structural bond—Soudal 135623 2-part mitre CA + activator; 25 MPa shear, flash-sets in six seconds so seams never creep.
• Screen-authentic shot counter—dummy LED module sunk flush at movie-correct 33 mm offset; static housing with a posing-friendly trigger (no live electronics, con-safe).
• Rifled barrel sleeve—spun bead-blasted effect for that “armoury-fresh” sheen and cold-metal heft.
• Fight-scene weight—1.5 kg overall, balanced 60/40 (forward/aft) to mimic the on-set hero prop’s swing.

Paint & finish — our exact recipe

• Media-blast shell for uniform tooth.
• Mr. Surfacer 1500 Grey; flash-bake 40 °C, 30 min.
• Base-coat Vallejo Model Air Olive Drab 71.016 + 4 % black.
• Mask rails; spray Alclad II Gunmetal cut 10 % with Aluminum for muted steel slide.
• Grime pin-wash; mineral-spirit pull-backs after 15 min set.
• Dry-brush Molotow Liquid Chrome (0.5 mm) on edge breaks, 2× feather passes only.
